UNAIDS Global Task Team Resources

The International Task Team on HIV-related Travel Restrictions (Task Team) was established by the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) in January 2008. The purpose of the Task Team was to bring together stakeholders concerned with the continued implementation of restrictions on the entry, stay and residence of HIV-positive people who cross borders; examine the current context and impact of such restrictions; and create new energy and action towards their elimination. This is the Report of the Task Team presenting its Findings and Recommendations.
